    I do 100 seconds of planks twice a day, then 100 seconds of right side planks and 100 seconds of left side planks.

    You don't get as like her from doing planks. They are a pretty bad exercise in general

    Now that Holly's contest is over I wanted to mention...

    Your statement about planks is misinformed. I have shown people planks and they added them in their workout routines, and they are people in awesome shape. The following is an article about a personal trainer and his recent planking encounter.

    I like to use my shirt or a towel on the floor, so my forearms do not build callouses from the exercise.

    My idea of a good workout routine is one that is available wherever I am. I love going to a park and using whatever is available to get in a nice workout. I do not need jym equipment or a jym membership to stay in shape. A tree branch, a curb, a fence all these do in a normal workout routine. I was pushing my grandson in a baby swing and I got in my chinups and pullups while he was getting in his swinging.
    Stationary jumping jacks work also, especially for one on a laptop for a long time playing poker who does not get much shoulder movement during the day. I mean if I go on my 3 mile walk everyday, my legs are already getting a good workout. The upper body needs a workout also. Do 50 straight up and down, do 50 while leaning left, and do 50 while leaning right. Helps keep them love handles in check.
