Do I get to press the button as many times as I want at any time in my life? Say for example I press it for X and live, then I go busto, can I just press it again, whenever that may be? If this is the case, that drastically lowers my number.

I think it's you can press as much as you like, but once you're wrong you die.

I'd value my life somewhere around 100k minimum, so would need a 10mill payout to consider one press. Given a higher payout I would only press once, because after the first press it would no longer be beneficial to press a second time.

Given this scenario, I decline.
