I could go either way here. Folding the flop is ok since I don't like calling the flop with the plan of folding to another bet on the turn. We have position but this runout isn't one of those dry boards where I'd expect a bluffy C/R.
There used to be a theorem that every raise on a paired board is a bluff. If you lay down a hand as strong as QQ to a simple flop raise, it's gonna be very profitable to raise you on paired boards!
