If he cold 4bets [AA-QQ, AK] then that reduces to 35%, but still the point stands - he can b/f flop a lot, and he only does it with stuff we were crushing. If he can have JJ/TT, then he can also have AQ/AJ/KQ so he b/f more air which outweighs the additional hands he b/c with.
