h1 - 3bet more, I'd go 24c but keith will come along and say more still, and he's probably right. Postflop looks fine to me.
h2 - looks good to me, now make a note and value bet big vs this guy in future.
h3 - bet or c/r flop, there really is no need to slowplay this at 2nl because villain is calling Ac and is having a hard time folding top pair and better. At 2nl I probably c/r flop to something like 45c and shove turn. That way we get all his crappy Acx hands that don't call a river shove when he misses. I don't expect him to fold any nfd vs this sizing, not at 2nl.
