I must admit I'm having a slight crisis of confidence with Aubrey. Some of her posts have a pretty villager vibe to them (her initial attack on rilla, her subsequent post towards rilla about imputing deviousness and projecting herself, her stating that it should be obvious to JV and gator why she's a villager). Others have a fairly wolfy tone. Yeah she had a slip over the Jyms / JV thing but I find her non-presence more worrisome than the slip itself tbh.

Bigred is like the go-to lynch because he's such an easy argument for wolf. If we, as a village, are going to lynch jyms D1 and bigred D2 we may as well go ahead and pencil in Hoopy for D3. I do wonder if the switch of focus to bigred means we may have been on to something with Daven / Aubrey and although I'm sat on Aubrey right now, I'm not averse to a daven lynch either. I don't think he's led the voting at all today so the lull in activity does nothing for his case in the way that it might for Aubrey.

Sorry for the non-presence, I got lost in my head this weekend. It's funny that you guys cited my over defensiveness, which is generally true... but that's why I laid low with this one, because I messed up and I knew being overly defensive is my kneejerk reaction, so I purposefully avoided doing that.

Bleh, anyway, I hope my lynch, if it happens, helps. There's definitely a wolf on my wagon and I would say Luco and Rong are the wolfiest to me.. Rong went so hard attacking me early on in the game, makes me think he could be a wolf seizing an opportunity a bit too excitedly.

But Gator's very one-dimensional reading of me also surprises me.. It's not that he's necessarily wrong about his observations, but I think my game now is markedly different enough than my wolf game (I went into detail on this in an earlier post) and for him not to notice those differences is strange. Then again I've been wolfy to him in every game, so it's not that telling.

This is why I am sticking with you for today. Yes, I did notice the subtle change in your defense posts, but I would expect you to be better the second time around than the first. What bothers me most though is you are still guilty of the "wolfish" types of defense posts that I used to base my thought process on. Additionally, while you are certainly focused on defense posts you still manage to throw out "I find so and so wolfish" type posts (as in the one above), but you don't go into any detail on why you find them wolfish. This is classic for a wolf.

I would have expected a villager to say something like "lynch rong because I want to stay alive and he is closest to me in voting". At least with that type of statement you are being honest in your thought process.

Anyway, I'm sticking with Aubrey. Her choice of me over Daven seems really odd, especially as she says it's purely for self preservation yet Daven was a vote ahead of me. I notice Daven is also on me. Could that be two wolves hoping an awol me could be a convenient lynch?

Regardless I'm with Aubrey but wouldn't be against seeing Daven, Luco or gator strung up. Gator seems off and like he's trying to find something to say rather than actually reporting his findings. Take his most recent post on Aubrey. He says a villager would just say xxxxxxx, yet it seems to me that was pretty much what she said, aside from not picking the next closest to being lynched, but that's not what gator was getting at.
