These 19/16 types in full ring tend to be hot-shot wannabes who are more concerned with trying to trick you than they are with trying to make some money. Your flop bet probably isn't such a good idea into so many players and with that weak of a hand. You actually got your money in bad on the flop against the guy who called. Your turn bet size is good because his range seems very elastic. On the river, you're looking to get it all in since his range consists primarily of stupid flush draws that he played in a stupid way.
On the river you should shove your boat down his throat and make him choke on it until his eyeliner runs.
Then spit in his face after you pull it out and laugh at him coughing and gasping for air while you count his money.
