It's not an airbourne disease. It's spread through direct contact with an infected person's secretions, or via an infected animal. As far as I can tell, it's not spread by mosquitos. The quick onset of symptoms means that the risk of transmitting the virus through travelling is minimised. The risk is very much exaggerated. It wouldn't surprise me at all if people are at more risk as a result of panic than they are as a result of the virus.
