gabe's "my avatar could beat up your avatar," post had me laughing so hard. I don't know if gabe knows who Villager is, but I'm pretty sure Butters doesn't have a prayer in hell to win that one.


So many great plays in this game. It's a shame that Evene was mostly a no-show. I'm not sure if you can have a balanced wolf team when rilla roles vig, but we did try. I fear that the wolves never really had a chance, and I'm curious if there was anything Luco and I could have done in terms of game design to have alleviated that.

When I did the role roll I thought at the time that it favoured the village, but evene was an unknown quantity and hoopy / bid have both gone deep as wolves before so I was curious to see how it played out.

As for game design - I could have modkilled kami. I mean, objectively I think it would have been harsh but for gameflow it would have been great

I agree 100% with what you said here about Kami and gameflow. You ultimately made the right decision though.

MMM - Off the top of my head, there's not much you or Luco could have or should have done. Mods are supposed to be like referees in sports once the game begins - the less you notice of them, the better the job they did.

Sometimes a team gets destroyed, like the wolves this game. It doesn't mean the structure was flawed.

It could simply imply one of or a combo of the following:

1) Evene not playing
2) Hoopy voting a villager when wagons are 3 v 3
3) Myself looking like a wolf from the beginning to some people. Then not nomming rilla...

Cory strikes me as someone who craves a power roll irl. He refers to others as below him in seniority or power quite often. Talking down to people seems commonplace.

Cory played very well this game. This game. I'm curious to see if this personality trait and success comes through next game

Tough one for the wolves I think. Evene was basically a no-show, hoopy had a bit of ww burnout and drew was actually doing alright but he'll tell you himself he's much more comfortable as second fiddle on a wolf team, not top dog

it's funny, the person who used to say bid is the easiest player to read (ong) and the person who used to say bid is impossible to read (me) were both wrong this time.

im interested in hearing why rilla shot him. i wouldnt be surprised if bid's a somewhat easy spot for people who don't know him, but for those of us who do, he shows very little consistency with any role.

it's not a game of ww if im not hard defending a wolf.

one thing to keep in mind is that he gets lynched all the time. he has an incredibly wolfy persona, and i think people see him act wolfy when he's a wolf and then think that him acting wolfy means he's a wolf, when in truth he does it as a villager too. for this reason i look for non-traditional ways to read him, and i thought i had something good this time.
