    Ah gotcha, thanks.

So image address means URL? There's a separate option for posting from a URL but I don't want to post an entire page.

Image address is the url that ends in the image's extension, commonly .jpeg, .jpg, .gif or .png.

Example (quote this post to see the code)

*Bonus: when you upload it to imgur.com, choose the "Get share links" option, then copy/paste the "BBCode" variety.

If you're "posting an entire page", then I assume you're copying a really long string, which is not the image location, that's probably the google images thumbnail location. Click the thumbnail to go to the proper image, and get that location instead. It should be a simple URL address, not a ridiculous string.

    For example...

    <img>https://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerforum/image.php?u=58355&dateline=1460682783</img>

    <url>https://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerforum/image.php?u=58355&dateline=1460682783</url>
    https://www.flopturnriver.com/pokerf...ine=1460682783

obviously the <> should be [], ie [img]

Sort of, I mean if you right click an image you can "copy image address", which is the URL location of the image. If you post that in [img] tags, it'll post the image, while you can also post it in [url] tags and leave a clickable link to the image.
