The difference between the crown on the pint glass, blue passports, and imperial units is that imperial units were an issue long before Brexit was a word. I do understand why old folk have a problem with it, because they're going senile. It wasn't a poltical issue in Canada, they just did it. Everyone agreed it was a good idea, and like I said there was a transition period where they used both.

Here, it's either a weird coincidence that they're introducing the idea now, or it's specifically timed to appeal to a certain type of Tory voter. Guess you can figure out which one I believe.
