Couldn't you leverage poker tracker and get hand histories from many people and consolidate into one? This will give pure stats rather than perception of players. I didn't purchase poker tracker yet but I will soon. It seems invaluable.

One drawback to any of these methods is players that were fish 6 months ago may have made major improvements since then. Therefore, stale data could cost you.
