Moving money from my bank account into Neteller is very difficult I believe. Bank wire is the only way to do it Ithink and that can involve heavy fees.
you need to change your neteller account to USD asap.

I just checked and it looks like I can use Internet Banking for cash transfers between bank account and neteller. It must be just a recent upgrade.
