Really wasn't fun initially getting up there.

My body is still pretty confused as to what the fucks going on sleep wise. I got off to sleep by like 12:30am, however, I kept waking up, having vivid dreams, wasn;t ina super deep sleep at all. Woke up at 4:30am and didn't get back to sleep till like 6:30. This I'm sure is just my body being like "wtf it's not night time so that must have just been a nap bra right?"

When I slept from 6:30 to 9am, it was a deeper sleep and felt fine. Now that I'm upand have had a shower, I feel okay.

Today should be fun. Tomorrow night I'm going out with my buddy, since he starts a new job next week and Thursday nights are kind of traditional for us to go out, drunk beer, attempt to pull etc. I'm going to go out and then to combat the fear of slipping back into a shitty routine, I'll get up by like 12 or 1pm at the latest and just endure the hangover from there on in.

Time for a session now.
