Not sure what your sample size is but people don't 3bet and 4bet a ton @ 10nl. Your table selection must be lacking or you're just running in to people with big hands. It happens. Most 10nl villains aren't 3betting light and they're not shipping pre without the goods.
Post stats and hands, or else you're not going to get much out of this thread.
