Don't expect this guy to lead the turn often. Multiway, I think flatting flop is OK but I'd probably raise.

I think this is the best option. I believe he would flat call a min-raise and probably would c/c the turn still. This means you could probably get away with a bigger bet, more than $2.50, on the flop. My range on villian would be AQ+, 88+, and Ax.
