3betting or calling pre is probably fine, depends on villains tendencies and the people in the blinds though really. At this stake I'd probably call as he's more likely to spew postflop than he is preflop and no one in the blinds are likely to be aggressive enough to put us under any pressure.

Raising the flop is awful though, what exactly are we trying to accomplish by doing so? I think the flop is a very easy flat.
