I think we're doing OK against a range of TT+, AQs+, AKo. Add-in the fact villain could be squeezing, unlikely at 4NL but not impossible, and I think we can call here.

    3bet 2.7% over 227 hands.

Let's assume you're right though and that's his 3betting range, we have 45% equity and a hand that doesn't play that great postflop. Unless you can give me a valid reason in terms of our range needing JJ in that's different, at 4nl though we don't so can fold and not worry about it at all.

Top 2.7% of hands is TT+ & AKs. 227 hands is quite a small sample in terms of 3bet%, so I think we can add in a couple more hands in villain's 3bet range. CO raise and BU call isn't exactly repping super strength so villain really doesn't have to be super strong here either.

Why does JJ not play well post-flop? We also have position as well.

    OP - What is villain's cbet%?

opps flop cbet is 25%, flop fold to bet is 54%. cbet in a 3b pot is 0% (over 2 hands). squeeze stat is 10% (2/21)

And yeah, i was considering folding given the 3b size, but given his tilt, i figured it gave me enough extra ev to call ip
