Even if what you say is true, the estate tax is costly for a variety of reasons that include some of the world's most productive people don't like lawyers and accountants and get shafted by taxes even when loopholes exist, incentivizing end-of-live wanton consumerism, and creates greater trouble for those who are not smart like you say or have elder age issues.
