Fair comment. Amazing the level to which this particular community has died though - online poker still thrives outside the US so you'd expect plenty of communities to still thrive too.

A matter of opinion I guess, but I would strongly argue yes. I think the boom in the 2000s was almost a freak event for online poker, never to be repeated. Since UIGEA numbers have of course dropped off, but certainly not fallen off a cliff. Stars still getting up to 200k active on weekends. |
