Well, like he said in 2013 problems have to get solved from the top and the president has to lead. And so if he fixes what he himself says is mostly his own fault, why would I praise him for that?

Seems it should be easier when you have a majority in both the house and the senate. If this is how he manages his majorities, what's going to happen after the mid-terms?
