But anyway...even if Mueller's hands are tied with Trump, he names other people in those allegations. Lewandowski, Sessions, McGahn. Don Jr. Trump can't lie to the press by himself. If obstruction happened, and those people are involved....why aren't they arrested? Surely there is no constitutional restriction against indicting Corey Lewandowski.
Because none of them followed his orders. You can't get in trouble for refusing an order to break the law. That's pretty much the opposite of breaking the law.
