Well I think the not paying attention makes estimating ranges in real time difficult because if you aren't aware of what level of adjustment your opponents are on then you can end up making really costly mistakes if you stray to far away from a balanced strategy on the regular.Originally Posted by Pascal
I meant like specifically about auto piloting - calling too much pre, 3betting against static ranges, not taking enough notes ,etc
I guess I should talk more about stuff in this thread more often because it looks like there's some interest in the topics I covered. FWIW I will be starting up a new blog soon off FTR, though it will be low content/aimed at a general audience (family/friends/poker players, whoever) covering life as a poker player. Anything very poker specific will be thrown in this thread (i.e vpp updates).
