It sounds like much of the dialogue has already been ADR'd in the english version, so there already is that weird disconnect between the image and the sound that it shouldn't matter what language you watch it in. I honestly think watching it in a language you don't understand with no subtitles would knock this up from a great movie to a phenomenal movie. My first pick would be Mongolian, because you'd go: what happened there? post-apocalypse america, everyone's speaking mongolian? That would be great, but if you can't find the mongolian version, russian should do.
This actually sounds like a fantastic idea. Have you seen Valhalla Rising? It's pretty much a movie where a director had the idea you're pushing: highly stylized ultra violent flick with essentially no dialogue. I think there may be one or two lines total, and IIRC it's got a run time over two hours. Definitely worth checking out.
