Anyone ever got a dexa scan for body fat composition. Based on basic research seems to be one of the more accurate measures of body fat.
Had mine done, im at 23%, which is significantly higher than the clip tests which put me around 16%.

never heard of it. honestly, for 99.9% of the people on the planet an exact body fat reading is completely unnecessary. an estimation will do just fine. focus more on action (exercise, working out, eating healthy, etc) rather than any kind of number (body fat %, weight) and everything will be just fine.

I work as a trainer in the gym and have done hundreds of assessments and have tons of clients month to month and can honestly say, I've never needed to know the exact amount of BF% a person has. Most BIA devices or calipers may be off by a few % points, but they will always be accurate when assessing the amounts lost or gained since it's just the generic formula it uses to do the calculations that may be wrong depending on your distribution of fat in certain sites but will always do the same calculation and you will always carry your fat distributed in the same way.

Yeah but its more deceiving, misleading, and discouraging than it is fun and motivating. The margin of error on most bf calculations is so large that it's basically pointless. Like if you are actually 22% bf, often the margin of error is over 5% meaning a 20-25% difference in the numbers. And that margin is higher and higher the more fat you are. As someone hinted at, its just pointless to worry about bf unless you are really fit to begin with.

All proteins are different in different ways. The most pressing need is why do you need it, then the choice becomes clearer. Whey protein is great pre and post workout because it's fast acting and high in BCAA's which makes it more anabolic. Other protein sources will have slower digestion times making them more available for a longer time when your body is in repair over the day. All that changes when you start adding fats and carbs into the mix. Hemp is low in one essential amino if I remember correctly but that may or may not mean anything either depending on your diet and whet you eat with it. I don't think you should worry about glutamine but some people swear by it. Creatine on the other hand is a pretty good proven supplement to add to your workouts. Almost anyone should add some Omega 3 capsules too, particularly if dieting. You seem to have it covered with sardines and avocados though.
