Over 2300 players ponied up $216 to play in FTOPS XVII Event 18, Turbo No Limit Hold’Em. The blinds escalated quickly as runners fought for their share of the $650,000 prizepool. The event was hosted by Full Tilt Pro and WPT Bracelet Winner Ryan Daut.
Seven Red Pros made the money including Ram Vaswani and the beautiful Mandy B. 45 year-old Andrew Black made the deepest run of any Full Tilt Pro. The seasoned tournament veteran made it to the final two tables before being knocked out in 16th pace. The Irishman finished 5th in the 2005 WSOP Main Event broadcast on ESPN.
When it was all said and done, gettym took down Event 18 and took home a prize of $95,000. The near six-figure score bested his previous best cash. LarryBertleman, who has played high stakes omaha versus Durrrr, finished in second place. INCRIVEL did an incredible job and took down third place and almost $50,000.
