Over 2,000 players ponied up $216 to enter FTOPS XIX Event 20. the name of the game was Rush Poker so the pace was fast and furious. In Rush Poker, players are instantly sent to a new table each time they fold. The runners were also given a starting Super Stack of 5000 chips. Up for grabs was the $95,000 top prize.
Beth Shak was the host of FTOPS XIX Event #20. Shak started her poker career at Bovada’s play money tables but soon began her foray into real money poker. The poker beauty’s biggest cash was at the 2007 World Series of Poker (WSOP) where she finished runner-up in a $3,000 No Limit Hold ’em event. Her second place finish was worth over $325,000. Shak cashed for $466.20 in Event 20 finishing in 205th.
Shak was one of over 20 Full Tilt Red Pros to enter FTOPS XIX Event 20. Carols Mortensen, John Racener, Peter Jetten, and The Grinder also participated. Michael Craig, author and underrated poker player, made the deepest run. The former litigator finished in 104th position which was worth over $600.
Pro after pro was eliminated as the tournament rolled on. After six hours of play RedRad 01 was the last man left standing. His victory was worth over $95,000. On top of tons of cash, RedRad 01’s avatar will also be sporting the FTOPS Golden Jersey. The Florida native has been on a heater in February. Earlier in the month, he took down the Turbo Fiddy to the tune of $14,000.
Finishing in second place was WiLDmAn75. He took home over $60k for his performance. Hailing from New Jersey, WiLDmAn75 has amassed over $1.5 million across the major poker sites.
billybob187 was finished in third place, collecting over $45,000. He also cashed in FTOPS XIX Event 18. Keep up the good work billybob187!
