On Sunday we so a lot of familiar faces in the winners circle. Full Tilt had a $1,000,000 guarantee this week rather than 750k because of the FTOPS VII, and it was won by none other by well known pro Erick Lindgren. He was the one who hosted this event and scored nearly $300,000 for the victory. The winner of the Poker Stars Sunday Million was no slouch either. Former Bodog 100k guaranteed winner tomgus456 took down the top prize of just under $220,000. Respected pro CraigTheDeac took down the Sunday 2nd chance on Poker Stars for $63,623. And to continue the trend, well known pro TwistedEcho received first in the Sunday Mulligan on Full Tilt $51,120. 2007 PCA winner Ryan Daut took down the Sunday $5200 winner-take-all freezeout for the standard $100,000. It was the first time Daut won the event.
In the rest of the big Sunday’s, bzimzim won the Bodog 100k guaranteed, which continues to have an overlay, for $25,000. A player named Stajje won the Party Poker 300k guaranteed for around $67,000. And finally, tournament veteran 8balldeluxe placed first in the UltimateBet 200k guaranteed for $45,000.
