Definition
All you need to be able to win a poker tournament. As long as you have even a single chip you have a chance to win the tournament.
The term is associated with Jack Straus, winner of the 1982 WSOP Main Event. The story tells us that at one point Jack was sure he was out of the tournament, but it turned out that he had a single chip which was hidden from view on the table. He sat back down and managed to win the tourney.
Example
All you need is a chip and a chair!
